Beta Service

Faulkner is currently in beta. The service is provided "as is" and may contain bugs or errors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

You retain all rights to the content you create using Faulkner. We retain all rights to our software, AI models, and service infrastructure. AI-generated suggestions are provided as-is and you are responsible for reviewing and editing all content.

Limitation of Liability

Faulkner is provided as a writing assistance tool. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or inaccurate AI suggestions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
